Bag A Barg

Reader, we’re about to let you in on our number one shopping hack. With some of our fave brands (New Balance, Kurt Geiger, Levi’s), at marked down prices, grabbing an absolute barg at Resorts World is practically guaranteed. We created four different looks to see how much we could save.

Day-time casj - £43 saved

Levi's jacket was £99 now £68 // Next jeans now £4 // Next stripey top now £14 // Levi's tote was £30 now £18// Next clogs now £6

Levi’s are the go-to for laid-back cool and we headed straight there for our denim fix. We didn’t expect to walk out with this bargain tote too. We’re quickly half way to completing our dress-down look and Next provide the rest (and for hella cheap). Can we all just take a moment to appreciate that these cutesy Next leather clogs are £6? Six pounds. Six. Pounds.

Sporty af - £109 saved

Hoodie was £55 now £38 // Leggings were £75 now £37 // Top was £22 now £11 // Trainers were £85 now £42 (all New Balance)

We’ve got a bit of sportswear habit and the bright colours in the window of New Balance stop us in our tracks. Neon oranges, purples, blues and just about every colour in between. On this occasion we opt for a green and black look but we're going back soon to top-up our rainbow ath-leisure wardrobe.

The Office - £35 saved

Next top now £16 // Next wide leg trousers now £21 // Carvela bag was £59 now £49 // Miss KG slip-ons were £44 now £34 // Phase Eight necklace was £29 now £14.50

We head to Next and are greeted by stylish work staples galore. This wide neck top feels Scandi as heck and boardroom-ready, and easily pairs with black trews.  Any self-respecting bargain hunter should head to Kurt Geiger like, yesterday. Potench our fave treat snagged on this whole trip were probably these office-friendly slip-ons. Who needs Gucci?

Going out-out - £118.50 saved

Religion leather trousers were £60 now £36 // Religion sequin top was £60 now £36// Phase Eight necklace was £35 now £24.50 // Miss KG heels were £49 now £29 // Phase Eight clutch was £79 now £39

Leather trousers might be a bit Marmite but stick with us. Banish all thoughts of Ross on that unfortunate date with the talcum powder, Religion totally make 90s grungy goth acceptable. Add sequins, a clutch and Miss KG heels for a spesh night out look. We’re thinking Champagne at The Sky Bar to spend that money you saved on your outfit.
