We're looking for a new sofa to accompany our navy Everett West Elm loveseat in the living room. I don't like things to be too matchy - so I'm thinking of having a grey sofa. Here's my shortlist so far...
I love this Kelly Hoppen Betty sofa, it's modern yet classic. The high arms at the side are also a plus point for me, good for propping yourself up whilst lazing and watching a film.
This Henry sofa from West Elm has probably been on my shortlist for the most amount of time. It's understated and chic, I don't want too much of a statement piece, just something that is stylish without being brash. Also, speaking from experience with our Everett loveseat, West Elm sofas are COMFY.
The depth of the seats in this Lissom sofa from Rume are ideal. Also - my boyfriend is pretty tall, so the length of this sofa would be great for when we're stretched out and being super lazy (read: most of the time). It's also very contemporary, I love those feet!
Finally, this gorgeous number from Tetrad, the Windermere sofa is a serious contender. I mean, look how comfortable that looks. I love the warm slate colour and I think this sofa would be more comfortable than my bed.
So, the general trend is squishy and super comfy with deep seats. Other than that, I'm torn. What say you, dear reader, which should we go with?
