As the nights are slowly drawing out and we're getting ever closer to that elusive spring, I'm taking a look back to my favourite collection for the upcoming season that was unveiled last September. Haider Ackermann at Paris Fashion Week.
The collection is almost dreamlike and is going to be my go-to for sartorial inspiration this year. Using a heady mix of dusty pinks, stark whites, lilacs and earthy pewters, the real beauty is in the use of contrasting fabrics. Chiffons and sheers sit next to soft wools and slashed, belted and ruffled tailoring.
There is something completely wearable about this collection - which pieces do you covet the most? For me it has to be the first image, the soft dove grey wool layered on top of flowing silk.
